Auxiliary equipment

Prefamet Zremb S.A. manufactures the following auxiliary equipment:

• Slag hoppers. Slag hopper is a part of deslagging system. It is located between the outflow of boiler combustion chamber and slag chain trap.
• Gates. Rod and plate gates are used to close and open coal storage.
• Dampers. Shut-off and regulating dampers are used in cold and hot air shafts and in exhaust shafts in steam and water boilers. 
• Chutes. Chutes belong to auxiliary devices and are used to transport bulk material. 
• Weighing and dispensing
  

1. Raw material dosing stations. It is used for feeding the material into a conveyor.
   
2. Weigh vessels (dosing, feeding and mixing). We produce weigh vessels for bulk materials. Their construction is based on tensometric weighing. 
3. Weigh belt conveyors.
   
4. Plate gates. Gates are used for shutting off the outflow of material from vessel. 
5. Worm two-shaft mixers. Two-shaft mixers are used in bulk material dispensing processes.
6. Two and multi-way distributors. They distribute or shut off the stream of bulk material.
   

• Dividers. Two-way dividers are used to change direction of material stream in transport pipelines..
• Feeder. Rotary star feeders are designed to collect and dose bulk material. 
• Containers. We manufacture steel containers, storages and chutes. 
• Expansion joints. We manufacture steel and cloth expansion joints. 
• Crushers. We manufacture crushers for slag crushing in boiler slag removal systems.
