Belt gluing

We offer professional belt gluing or connecting in belt conveyors of various types which are used in e.g. stone, gravel, sand mines or in sawmills, power plants and joiner's workshops. 

To satisfy our clients we perform conveyor belting connections with the use of the following methods:

• cold gluing – with the use of quick-drying two-component glue (this method makes the process quick and connection durable - as durable as with the use of vulcanization). Our team of highly qualified employees provides this service at client's premises quickly and reliably, granting guarantee for the service. It is particularly advisable to conclude service contract, which guarantees minimum failure frequency of the equipment operating in various conditions and keeps belt conveyors constantly operating.

Conveyor belts gluing. Connecting rubber belts with the use of glue is probably most often used when connecting new belts and in case of emergency / failure situations. This method allows to make the connection resistant to atmospheric conditions, bending and rubbing on scrapers. We connect conveyor belts of all types and made of white PCV.
