Slag chain trap/ Deslagging chain conveyor 

Slag chain traps are used to burn out slag and transport it out of the boiler. They also protect boilers from sucking in parasite air. 
We offer proven construction solutions for slag chain traps that ensure high operation rate in specific working conditions which exist in wet deslagging systems.
 
We manufacture wet deslagging systems composed of:
- slug funnel located between funnel outflow of the boiler combustion chamber and slug chain trap,
- slug chain trap made of elements and systems resistant to difficult operation conditions,
- crushers,
- belt conveyor systems, chain conveyor or bucket conveyor that takes out slag to waste storage or silos.

Purpose:
- removal and transportation of slag

Technical solutions:
- chain strand with carburized technical coil chain,
- scrapers with shaped holders allowing for quick assembly and disassembly,
- divided driving wheels and jockey chain wheels allowing for quick assembly and disassembly,
- metal sheets and sliding guides made of steel with low grindability or basaltic,
- moto-reducer or hydraulic drive,
- screw and spring stretching of strand or hydraulic with complete power station,
- overload protection for mechanical and electrical systems,
- anti-corrosive protection in accordance to corrosiveness environment.
