CHAINS

We offer chains that may be used in our conveyors and for various other applications. Upon clients' request we may manufacture chains according to their design parameters. We can adjust chain features to the clients' demands, e.g. selection of material, increased strength or method of surface hardening. We offer the following chains:

- with increased strength parameters,
- for extreme temperature applications,
- stainless steel chains,
- with anticorrosive protection, etc.

Types of chains:
- Chains for conveyors (conveying chains) - used in all types of conveyors and assembly lines.
- Drop forged link chains are generally used to scraper conveyors (Redlers). We offer chains (links + bolts) as well as scraper chains with welded scrapers. Tables include basic types of the offered chains of this type. Drop forged link chains may be supplied with welded scrapers of one of two types available: square or flat bar scrapers. Upon clients; request and depending on requirements, scrapers may be of any other shape. 
- Scraper chains are made of flat bars and have similar functions as drop forged link chains. Material is moved thanks to transverse scrapers, which may also be curved or welded. 
- Technical chains - coil chains (plain link chains) (ŁO) are used in bucket elevators or double-rowed scraper conveyors. As manufacturers of these devices, we may offer chains well customized for these applications. These chains are also used in mining industry. Additionally, we offer special links and locks for mounting carrying elements. Depending on the type of chain used, various sizes of links are used.
