Plate magnets, which may be installed in already existing conveyor system, make it possible to remove ferromagnetic materials from various types of material (e.g. from food, plastic articles, chemicals, wood, stone, ceramic items). At the same time they ensure reliable and inexpensive protection for machines thus preventing from production stoppages.

Application

Plate magnets make it possible to remove Fe particles from the following materials: cocoa beans, granulated mass, cables, crumbled tyres, polyesters, dry animal food, golden pigment, recycled plastic, glass, cereals, flour, fibres, medicines, gravel, wood chunks, kaolin (china clay), coffee beans, sugar and many others.

Plate magnets are used to separate impurities, that contain iron, from constant stream of material placed on belt conveyors with free fall or slide.
