Roller systems

Roller systems are belong to main components of belt conveyors. Their job is to move the belt properly. As a manufacturer to belt conveyors we offer our clients with the opportunity to purchase spare parts, roller systems among others. If your conveyor was manufactured by Prefamet-Zremb, we may also supply roller systems for the conveyor provided that we receive required equipment data.

Roller systems may be divided into groups, depending on belt width and roller system shape. Thus we may differentiate between:

• single-roller systems (flat roller system),
• double-roller systems (trough system),
• tri-roller system (trough system).

Roller systems may be adjusted to cooperate with smooth or disc rollers.

When placing an order for rolling systems, please provide the following information:

• belt width
• roller system manufacture type (C-trough, R- tube)
• system type: flat, single-roller, double-roller or tri-roller system, self-aligning
