Rollers

We have supplied large numbers of rollers to numerous coal mines and plants. We recommend this product as it is of highest quality. We offer regular and reinforced rollers, manufactured of regular, galvanized or stainless steel. They may have labyrinth seal and the body welded to the cup. Width of milling is performed upon client's order. 

We offer all roller sizes in acc. with the Polish Standard and standard diameters, i.e.

Apart from smooth rollers we also supply ring and disc rollers. 

Rollers - applications

Rollers are applied in belt conveyors or roller conveyors used for handling bulk loose and block material. Construction of a roller is adjusted to difficult operation conditions. Rollers are used in flat horizontal or trough systems and in both stiff and jointed sets. Rollers may be made of regular or galvanized steel, or of plastic.

Carrying rollers

Carrying rollers are composed of a pipe-shape casing with hubs and an axle with mounted rolling bearings. These bearings may be protected with special labyrinth seal. Axle ends have bevels for roller mounting. 

Top disc rollers 

Top disc rollers are composed of casing and axle, where bearings are mounted, and rubber discs attached to the casing. Bearings may be protected with special labyrinth seal. Axle ends have parallel bevels used to mount the roller in roller sets. 

Bottom disc rollers 

Bottom disc rollers are applied in flat and trough systems. They are composed of casing and axle, where bearings are mounted, rubber discs attached to the casing and distance sleeves.

When placing an order for rollers, please provide the following information on the roller: 

• roller type: smooth (G) or disc (T)
• type of ending
• diameter 
• length (width)
• width of axle bevel.
