Vibration feeders
Vibration feeders are conveyors, in which the material is transported in trough or tube due to inertia.

Applications: They are used mainly for conveying dry bulk material or lumps in short distances (up to 7 meters), although it is possible to operate a set of conveyors connected in series.

They are particularly advised for transport of highly grinding material, or in places where hermetic transport is required.
Apart from conveying function, vibration conveyor may also serve for initial material classification, its dewatering, directing, hydrating, cooling or heating, etc.
These feeders are equipped with vibrators of various vibration frequency, which enables to adjust feeding speed. Depending on situation, casings may be performed with bottom, top or side drive, with supports or suspended.
In order to freely adjust feeders' productivity rate, it is possible to use frequency switches or feeders with electromagnetic drive.
