Vibration sifters (screens)

Sifters / screens are used to classify or separate raw material into various fractions depending on number of sieves used and size of holes. They are equipped with two inertial drives mounted in sieve walls with the use of stiff steel bar. They may be made open or closed, and depending on process requirements they may contain washing systems, sprinkling systems and systems that support sieve cleaning process.

Applications: it may be used in various industry branches e.g.: mining (e.g. sand, gravel extraction), construction materials manufacturing (cement, lime, plaster), fodder, food processing. Depending on the product type, various sieve beds may be used, e.g. mad of wire, plastic or with cracks. They may be also used in dewatering process.

They are made of carbon steel or acid resistant steel.
