Scraper conveyor

Scraper conveyor presented below collects dust from a deduster in a power plant in Silesia. It may operate with significant load. The height of material covering the whole line of the conveyor may reach several meters.  

Conveyor line for heating material 

Conveyor line for heating material is composed of two belt conveyors 115 and 30 meters long: PTS 1000/115-N/C and PTS 1000/30-N/C.

Conveyor line for molecular sieve 

Conveyor line for molecular sieve is composed of 9 worm tube conveyors and 5 belt conveyors with PCV belt 400 mm wide with a flounce.

Bucket elevator PK 355 IIb/10-ŁO

Lift height of bucket elevator PK 355 IIb/10-ŁO is 10 m.
Material is transported in buckets 355 mm wide attached to a coil chain. 
Material is dumped out from the bucket (gravitational fall).
Cement is the transported in this elevator.  

PTSo 400/45-N/C Conveyor 

For a clientof ours we have built 45 meters long belt conveyor to transport chemical reagents. 

It was necessary to protect the material from rain, so we have built enclosed conveyor (PTSo), with both lower and upper belt covers.
Thanks to tight enclosure, the material may be safely transported irrespective of the weather conditions outside. The so called 'clean transport' is an additional advantage of PTSo enclosed conveyors. The construction prevents from dust getting out.

Mobile and reversible belt conveyors 

Regular conveyors do not meet all requirements for some applications.

If it is required that belt conveyor transports material to several different spots, it has to be reversible.

The need to perform loading in several sections of the conveyor may constitute additional difficulty.  

For a client of ours we have built a system of two belt conveyors which cooperate with each other. In this case both conveyors were equipped with mobile systems. The first conveyor, which is mounted in the upper part, feeds the other, reversible / mobile one, located in the lower part. 

Conveyors are equipped with driving systems which allow to rotate and move smoothly.
